Day 237 I DO NOT WANT TO DIE IN AN RV PARK ALONE

 


I do not I do not I do not

"And may I have a letter to Asaph, keeper of the royal park, so he will give me timber to make beams for the gates of the citadel by the temple and for the city wall and for the residence I will occupy?” And because the gracious hand of my God was on me, the king granted my requests."


~ Nehemiah 2:8 NIV


Nehemiah was bold.


He came before the king and made a big request.


And everything was granted to him.


Why?


Was it by any doing or power of his own?


Today's scripture tells us why...because God's hand was on him.


Bro. Kevin, is God's hand on you?


Are you living upright before him consistently (not perfectly)? Do you honor him in all your doing?


Even if you don't enjoy your work right now are you working as unto the Lord?


Is he visibly the first in your life?


If so, you have absolutely nothing to worry about.


God's hand on you is greater than anybody else's hand against you.


Walk in boldness and make your request known to God and mankind, believing that it will be granted exactly how you request.


Let's pray...


"Lord, you and only you are the provider of all my needs. Also, only you know exactly what I need. Give me the boldness of Nehemiah to make my requests upon men bold and in their fullness without doubt. Knowing that event thought it may seem like too much to me, but it's never too much for you to grant. In Jesus name I pray, Amen."

The day went ok today was lots of sunshine and cool around 70 degrees so in all a great day. My walk went good and the marriage counselor and his wife were surprised to see I walk my route past the block they live on so they stopped their car and talked a bit. But got all my miles plus some because I walked and extra mile to grocery store for Pepsi to lower my blood pressure which I can feel it dropping as I type hehehe my call with my wife was short again since we don't have anything to say to each other but when she said we were done and I could pray I add in at the end "Father I don't want to die homeless and alone in an RV park please Father give me a home to move to with flower beds and trees and yard that I can spend time in your creation and be happy" she seemed to not even hear it or if she did ignored it but just said good nite and hung up so guess I can repeat it Monday if she calls but I  have a feeling she is going to run to church men and tell them I am filing for divorce or something which will be more lies I know they will believe and so I will be hit with a bunch of accusations of what she says and nobody will ask me what I said or ment it will all be based on what she says and I am going to play dumb and tell them how could they be so hypocritical and tell me they know my heart and mind from what my wife says and not even ask me or believe me then I am walking out of ANY conversation of this nature.


The BP is falling so I am signing off nite all

Year 1.178 noise noise

  This mornings daily devotional email was in my inbox today so the battle rages on. This morning the noise is loud and I mean loud. Starting at 5am cars starting and reving up and car alarms going off and sirens racing past the camper. All with the level like they were inside beside me. The noise and busy still echo and pound and the world is trying to be noticed. It's like satan is driving the point of the associate pastor in the police car straight at me. Day 244 the memorial day weekend whoppee

  Maybe I am just seeing the negative in my marriage and wanting it to end. Should I be concerned that my wife does not respect me. Should it not bother me that she only talks to other men and leaves the house to stand in the yard so I can't hear. Should I care that she doesn't talk to me at all about anything to do with other people and that her social media life is totally a secret life from me. Should I worry that she tells other family members to hate me and try to drive me away.  It just seems so hard to be in a world like this and think that is what God wants for me.  Today's devotional was about hopes and this is my hope. This is soooo true and everyday when I go on my walks Jesus is right there loving me the whole walk. And I see it weather it's the dogs that run to the fences with toys and wagging tails just to see me wave hi or the squirrels sitting on fence posts watching do pushups.
