Day 236 is there a end

 


Is there no end in site?  

Then you get a devotional like this.


"From the time he put him in charge of his household and of all that he owned, the Lord blessed the household of the Egyptian because of Joseph. The blessing of the Lord was on everything Potiphar had, both in the house and in the field."


~ Genesis 39:5 NIV


When God's hand is on you, there is not a place or a person who can stop it.


Joseph was sold by his brothers in their attempt to kill him because they despised how their father favored him.


Joseph was scared, brokenhearted, abandoned, and carelessly discarded.


Yet, he was blessed wherever he went.


It was so apparent that the Egyptian captain that purchased him recognized it and put him in charge of everything in his household.


The scripture shows us that the blessings of God were on everything in and out of his house because of the favor on Joseph.


Bro. Kevin, I pray that same blessing be upon you.


That job that may not treat you right is prospering financially because of your presence. That plane will not crash land because you're on it.


The elementaries, high schools, colleges, and everything in between are protected from mass shootings and any other harm because your children attend them.


Every relationship you nurture, job you work, business you start, and anything else you choose to put your hand towards will prosper.


Today, I want you to receive the blessing of Joseph on your life, that all you touch will flourish because God's hand is upon you. Even if they never give God the credit for their success, you’ll know the real reason things are thriving around you… it's because He’s with you, and His favor goes wherever you go.


Let's pray...


"Lord thank you for your favor. It follows me wherever I go even when I don't deserver. It is not limited to just me but all who I encounter in my life. Though they may never recognize or admit it, I will never stop proclaiming your goodness with a thankful heart. I know all that I have is because of you. In Jesus name I pray, Amen." 


And so man I have seen this and heard this. People from my last job keep coming up to tell me how bad that place is since you retired and I just have to say thanks. That tells me God was blessing everything I did which is a great compliment when I think of how much God shined through me.

Not a bad day for a walk. Nice around 60 degrees and lots of sun. The cows were full of lazy today hehehe. Started trying to polish out my lens covers on phone so I can get good pictures. Got about 30 percent out.

Worked a bit more on my phone scratches but still got some. I may stop at Verizon store in cody get new cover.  It's like almost 10pm and I took a HTZ to bring BP down a bit which works fast but I need to get water tonight so better start working on that 

The park owner was telling my daughter that we should hook up water to the RV and I have 2 very good reasons not to. First I moved out and checked nothing so I have no idea how many leaks we will find in this rv and with everything loaded in here it will be a mess to clean up should I have to remove cupboards and drawers etc to get to all the pipes.  Second is I DO NOT WANT TO DIE IN AN RV PARK....... and connecting the sewer and water means I am permanent AND I DO NOT WANT TO DIE IN AND RV PARK.

Please God get me a home and do not let me die in an rv park. Please God please

Year 1.178 noise noise

  This mornings daily devotional email was in my inbox today so the battle rages on. This morning the noise is loud and I mean loud. Starting at 5am cars starting and reving up and car alarms going off and sirens racing past the camper. All with the level like they were inside beside me. The noise and busy still echo and pound and the world is trying to be noticed. It's like satan is driving the point of the associate pastor in the police car straight at me. Day 244 the memorial day weekend whoppee

  Maybe I am just seeing the negative in my marriage and wanting it to end. Should I be concerned that my wife does not respect me. Should it not bother me that she only talks to other men and leaves the house to stand in the yard so I can't hear. Should I care that she doesn't talk to me at all about anything to do with other people and that her social media life is totally a secret life from me. Should I worry that she tells other family members to hate me and try to drive me away.  It just seems so hard to be in a world like this and think that is what God wants for me.  Today's devotional was about hopes and this is my hope. This is soooo true and everyday when I go on my walks Jesus is right there loving me the whole walk. And I see it weather it's the dogs that run to the fences with toys and wagging tails just to see me wave hi or the squirrels sitting on fence posts watching do pushups.
