Day 149 surgery day


 Yep they big day for my daughter. Snowing like crazy and cold below zero. What a way to start the day. But made it the whole half mile to hospital and daughter is back in surgery. I checked in early for wound care since they thought I wouldn't make it through the snow. So now sitting and waiting and playing games and dreaming of things to come. Praying God will bring the truth to light and guide me through His plan so I can soon get on with my life instead of sitting in this holding pattern.  I may get my walk in today maybe when I go back to motel and sit awhile may walk to Walmart then do some pushups in motel and be good for the day. I am hoping wound care says I am done and can scrub my back. If so it's shower time. Last night I soaked in the tub and got about 20 pounds of dead skin off hehehe so feeling a while lot cleaner today. This morning my serpentine belt on the truck was squealing so better get a new one. Think I can by one and change it real quick this weekend when it gets above freezing.

Wound care went very well and they said I am done so just need to try and keep it covered and clean for awhile. So it shower time tonight. But back in the waiting room for surgery and thinking it may be time for lunch real quick.

Daughters surgery went good since we are homeless they put in heavy duty plate and screws so should hold up decided to walk from motel to hospital and back to get my steps in which was a lot of snow and minus 6 degrees but we'll woth the pictures. Now time to take a shower and watch tv and relax then back to the homeless world tomorrow hehehe

Year 1.178 noise noise

  This mornings daily devotional email was in my inbox today so the battle rages on. This morning the noise is loud and I mean loud. Starting at 5am cars starting and reving up and car alarms going off and sirens racing past the camper. All with the level like they were inside beside me. The noise and busy still echo and pound and the world is trying to be noticed. It's like satan is driving the point of the associate pastor in the police car straight at me. Day 244 the memorial day weekend whoppee

  Maybe I am just seeing the negative in my marriage and wanting it to end. Should I be concerned that my wife does not respect me. Should it not bother me that she only talks to other men and leaves the house to stand in the yard so I can't hear. Should I care that she doesn't talk to me at all about anything to do with other people and that her social media life is totally a secret life from me. Should I worry that she tells other family members to hate me and try to drive me away.  It just seems so hard to be in a world like this and think that is what God wants for me.  Today's devotional was about hopes and this is my hope. This is soooo true and everyday when I go on my walks Jesus is right there loving me the whole walk. And I see it weather it's the dogs that run to the fences with toys and wagging tails just to see me wave hi or the squirrels sitting on fence posts watching do pushups.
