Day 123 Does the Holy Spirit really take captive my thoughts.

 


There are some many times that when I am typing and my train of thought disappears and new words start slowly coming in. It is not a rush of words but slow input that I am forced to ponder meaning for the words. But when I am done it is usually something aligned with God then what I was thinking. And it is also way different then when I am talking, mostly because I do not pause to wait for the next word but blast ahead. Most the time in this communication my thoughts are just erased and I am left with nothing to say.  Then the final is when the Holy Spirit is teaching or rebuking it is a entire block of thought all at once so that I have hours of questions and rethinking and more questions etc. Don't get me wrong I love this communication relationship and look forward to it all the time but in total YES the Holy Spirit can take captive your thoughts. Example would be like I was saying yesterday about all the things I would say about my relationship with my wife's church and the Holy Spirt tells my to just say "no"  but then He goes on to say they reason " They are relying on the wrong relationship or hierarchy. Instead of my relationship with the church saving my marriage it is the opposite. ONLY the saving of my marriage will restore a relationship with her church. Because the bible teaches marriageis the top relationship then church." And I would have never said it that way.

The day is sunny and mild wind from the south it's around 27 degrees but wind chill is 15 degrees so cold still but some melting going on so that's nice. Had a nice walk, made 4.39 miles and 150 pushups so everything went good. Trying to think of a picture image but have so many overlapping images in my mind not sure which one to describe hehehehe.  Now time to warm up and play some games. I have not heard a peep out of our marriage counselor so not sure if he made it home yet or is just talking to my wife like they always do then assume she is telling them the truth and I will be judge by what she says. 

Now I'm looking forward to the aurora tomorrow night. They are saying we should see it in Wyoming Friday and maybe Saturday night to that will be fun. Just need some clear sky's. The day has wound down and phone call is done. Think it was like 4 or 5 minutes tonight so about normal. And again I hear everything about her mother and nothing about her or our relationship so pretty dull. The furnace is starting to cycle so dark is gripping the RV with chilling fingers. Here's hoping the nanobots text me tomorrow with that news I can move in hehehe.

Year 1.178 noise noise

  This mornings daily devotional email was in my inbox today so the battle rages on. This morning the noise is loud and I mean loud. Starting at 5am cars starting and reving up and car alarms going off and sirens racing past the camper. All with the level like they were inside beside me. The noise and busy still echo and pound and the world is trying to be noticed. It's like satan is driving the point of the associate pastor in the police car straight at me. Day 244 the memorial day weekend whoppee

  Maybe I am just seeing the negative in my marriage and wanting it to end. Should I be concerned that my wife does not respect me. Should it not bother me that she only talks to other men and leaves the house to stand in the yard so I can't hear. Should I care that she doesn't talk to me at all about anything to do with other people and that her social media life is totally a secret life from me. Should I worry that she tells other family members to hate me and try to drive me away.  It just seems so hard to be in a world like this and think that is what God wants for me.  Today's devotional was about hopes and this is my hope. This is soooo true and everyday when I go on my walks Jesus is right there loving me the whole walk. And I see it weather it's the dogs that run to the fences with toys and wagging tails just to see me wave hi or the squirrels sitting on fence posts watching do pushups.
